Where does Krest come from?

/krɛst/ ~ noun ~ pronounced like the ‘crest’ of a wave.

I love the sea. I own a surfboard. I take it out approximately three times a year and stick strictly to baby waves. So, you could say my surfing career is a work in progress.

But here’s what surfing teaches you very quickly:

You don’t paddle for every wave; if you chase everything, you burn out. If you panic-paddle, you wipe out. If you move too late, you miss the wave completely.

The surfers who actually make it look effortless? They wait. They watch. They read the conditions. Then they commit when everything aligns.

That’s how you catch the waves that actually carry you.

Marketing works exactly the same way.

Project 01

Brush & Bubbles

Introduction

Brush & Bubbles is London's premier paint-and-sip experience based in Covent Garden, operating with a strong e-commerce model for ticket sales. The objective was clear: improve website conversion performance & increase return on paid media investment. Rather than simply increasing traffic, the focus shifted to improving the entire booking journey.

My Role

I led the optimisation of the full e-commerce funnel by improving SEO, refining paid campaign structure & content across Google and Meta, improving conversion tracking accuracy and strengthening on-site user experience.

Results

500% ROAS on Google Ads; 65% year-on-year increase in website conversion rate; improved booking flow efficiency and reduced drop-off; stronger alignment between paid media and on-site experience. We found more of the right people, sent high-intent searchers to the site & made sure they checked out.

Project 02

GG's Gelato

Introduction

GG’s Gelato is a bold & unique ice cream brand based in Gower, preparing for a significant summer growth phase and broader retail expansion. I was brought in to provide strategic marketing direction, strengthen brand positioning, refine campaign planning and support the in-house team with a clearer, more structured approach to digital growth ahead of peak season. The focus was not just content output, but brand elevation and long-term commercial readiness.

My Role

I worked as strategic lead, shaping the overarching summer campaign direction and aligning social content and internal workflows with the brand’s broader growth ambitions.

Results

Significant growth in social engagement and audience interaction; sustained increase in follower numbers across key platforms; stronger, more cohesive brand presence heading into peak season; internal marketing processes structured for scalable growth; successful accreditation secured for supermarket stockists (led by the internal team), supported by strengthened brand positioning and visibility.

Project 03

Picnic & Pop

Introduction

Picnic & Pop is a family-friendly festival in Aldershot, Hampshire, operating in a highly seasonal and competitive ticket market. I was brought in to strengthen paid social performance, improve campaign structure and refine the customer journey, with the objective of driving stronger ticket sales ahead of the event. Rather than simply increasing spend, the focus was on smarter targeting, sharper creative and clearer campaign architecture.

My Role

I led the restructuring of the paid media strategy, refining audience segmentation, improving creatives and aligning campaign objectives more closely with ticket-purchase behaviour.

Results

2025 performance delivered a 2700% return on ad spend; £27 generated for every £1 invested; stronger campaign efficiency despite a modest budget; improved audience segmentation and higher-performing creative. Building on this restructured foundation, 2026 has already seen a 182% year-on-year increase in ticket sales (January); 650% return on ad spend achieved ahead of peak season; stronger early momentum supported by scalable campaign architecture and improved budget efficiency.
